I had a pleasant stay at Ambassador Zlata Husa, enjoying its fantastic location right on Wenceslas Square, which made exploring Prague convenient. My room, a junior suite, was spacious and featured a lovely large bathroom—though I wish it had tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, especially the made-to-order omelettes (definitely a highlight!). However, the lack of proper air-conditioning and some dated aspects of the room were disappointing.
Rooms

The junior suite was spacious and well-appointed but lacked coffee facilities. My bathroom was large with a separate shower and jacuzzi, though a bit of cleaning might be needed.
Service
6.0
The front desk could be more helpful and welcoming. When I requested an extra pillow, it was provided promptly, but some staff interactions felt a bit cold.
Location

Centrally located on Wenceslas Square, I found it incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions and dining options right outside the door.

The hotel has decent amenities but could benefit from some updates. The bar offered a nice space for a drink after exploring, but service could improve.

My stay at the Ambassador Zlata Husa in Prague was a mix of enjoyable experiences and significant disappointments. While the location on Wenceslas Square was perfect for sightseeing, the service left much to be desired. The spacious room was a highlight, providing comfort after a day of exploration, but I encountered issues with staff attitude and a lack of proper amenities, which detracted from the overall luxury feel I expected.
Rooms
6.0
The room was large and featured a jacuzzi bath, which was quite nice, although I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.
Service

Unfortunately, the service I received was far from impressive. The restaurant staff seemed rushed and unwelcoming, and I had an unfortunate encounter with a rude waiter when settling the bill.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I could easily access major attractions, shops, and restaurants within minutes.
Dining

The breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality didn't live up to the five-star standard. I felt pushed to finish quickly, which was frustrating after a long day.
Facilities

While the hotel had some amenities like a casino and various dining options, the lack of adequate air conditioning and issues with room cleanliness were disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at Ambassador Zlata Husa. The location on Wenceslas Square was unbeatable, with easy access to attractions and dining options. My room was spacious and well-furnished, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, I faced some issues with the reception staff and the lack of amenities like a kettle in the room, which slightly marred my impression.
Rooms

My room was large with a king-size bed, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The spacious bathroom had jacuzzi jets and high-quality toiletries. However, I missed having a kettle or coffee machine.
Service

While I found the reception service lacking at times, with some staff seemingly indifferent, others, like David, provided excellent assistance. The staff could have shown more enthusiasm.

I had a stay that was a mixed bag of enjoyment and disappointment. The hotel's location on Wenceslas Square was fantastic, making it easy to explore Prague, but the service left much to be desired. While I found the room spacious and comfortable, cleanliness issues and unresponsive staff detracted from my overall experience.
Rooms

I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, which had its own charm, but it could have been cleaner as I spotted a spider web on the ceiling. The decor was lovely, though.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was not up to par for a '5-star' hotel. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed and unwelcoming, which made me feel less valued as a guest.
Location

The location truly stands out! Being right on Wenceslas Square made it easy to access historic sites, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance.
Dining

Breakfast offered a decent variety; however, it was quite crowded and underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. It lacked the refinement I expected, prompting me to seek meals elsewhere after the first day.
Facilities

I enjoyed some of the hotel amenities, like the ambiance of the lobby bar, but found the overall organization lacking, especially during busy times.

My stay at the Ambassador Zlata Husa was a mixed experience. The location on Wenceslas Square was fantastic, giving me easy access to the city's attractions. However, I found the service to be quite lacking, with some staff seemingly uninterested in helping. While my room was spacious and clean, I was disappointed with the air conditioning, which appeared to be controlled centrally and left my room uncomfortably warm. Overall, it could work for short tourist trips, but I wouldn't recommend it for a luxurious stay.
Rooms

I enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room, but the air conditioning was a real issue as it was centrally controlled, making it too warm for comfort.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. Staff were often unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed during busy times, which affected my overall experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, right in the heart of Wenceslas Square, making it easy to explore and enjoy local attractions.
Dining
6.0
I found the breakfast to have a wide variety, but some items, like the poached eggs, were less than fresh and not up to the standards I expected.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly stood out as exemplary. There was a nice on-site casino, but overall, the amenities felt standard for a hotel of this caliber.
