I had a pleasant stay at Ambassador Zlata Husa, enjoying its fantastic location right on Wenceslas Square, which made exploring Prague convenient. My room, a junior suite, was spacious and featured a lovely large bathroom—though I wish it had tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, especially the made-to-order omelettes (definitely a highlight!). However, the lack of proper air-conditioning and some dated aspects of the room were disappointing.

The junior suite was spacious and well-appointed but lacked coffee facilities. My bathroom was large with a separate shower and jacuzzi, though a bit of cleaning might be needed.
Service

The front desk could be more helpful and welcoming. When I requested an extra pillow, it was provided promptly, but some staff interactions felt a bit cold.

The hotel has decent amenities but could benefit from some updates. The bar offered a nice space for a drink after exploring, but service could improve.

My stay at the Ambassador Zlata Husa in Prague was a mix of enjoyable experiences and significant disappointments. While the location on Wenceslas Square was perfect for sightseeing, the service left much to be desired. The spacious room was a highlight, providing comfort after a day of exploration, but I encountered issues with staff attitude and a lack of proper amenities, which detracted from the overall luxury feel I expected.

Unfortunately, the service I received was far from impressive. The restaurant staff seemed rushed and unwelcoming, and I had an unfortunate encounter with a rude waiter when settling the bill.
Location

The breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality didn't live up to the five-star standard. I felt pushed to finish quickly, which was frustrating after a long day.

However, I faced some issues with the reception staff and the lack of amenities like a kettle in the room, which slightly marred my impression.

I had a stay that was a mixed bag of enjoyment and disappointment. The hotel's location on Wenceslas Square was fantastic, making it easy to explore Prague, but the service left much to be desired. While I found the room spacious and comfortable, cleanliness issues and unresponsive staff detracted from my overall experience.

I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, which had its own charm, but it could have been cleaner as I spotted a spider web on the ceiling. The decor was lovely, though.

My stay at the Ambassador Zlata Husa was a mixed experience. The location on Wenceslas Square was fantastic, giving me easy access to the city's attractions. However, I found the service to be quite lacking, with some staff seemingly uninterested in helping. While my room was spacious and clean, I was disappointed with the air conditioning, which appeared to be controlled centrally and left my room uncomfortably warm. Overall, it could work for short tourist trips, but I wouldn't recommend it for a luxurious stay.

Facilities

Facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly stood out as exemplary. There was a nice on-site casino, but overall, the amenities felt standard for a hotel of this caliber.
